This EULA is a legal agreement between yourself (the Licensee) and Scoba Sounds, the Licensor. In this Agreement, the party who is granting the right to use the licensed media will be referred to as “Licensor” or “Scoba Sounds”, and the party who is receiving the right to use the licensed media will be referred to as “Licensee”. By placing an order on Scoba Sounds, you will be agreeing to these Terms.
