(Assignor), having its principal office at 2615 Centennial Blvd, Suite 200, Tallahassee, FL, 32308; HORNE LLP (Assignee), having its principal office at 661 Sunnybrook Road, Suite 100, Ridgeland, MS, 39157; and the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
