This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) relates to the delivery of the Sefton and West Lancashire Visitor Economy Project, funded by the Department of Transport through the Local Sustainable Transport Fund. The MoU provides the framework for the governance, financial management and delivery of the project through a partnership of Sefton Council, West Lancashire Borough Council, Lancashire County Council and Merseytravel.
