This Agreement for Professional Services (the "Agreement"), is by and between LaConner Regional Library, a partial county library district, the Upper Skagit Library District, a partial county library district, and a Skagit Hospice Services, LLC, d/b/a Hospice of the Northwest, a Washington governmental limited liability company, (collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Clients") and the City of Burlington (hereinafter the "Library.")
