This Date Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of ActiveFence’s Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) between ActiveFence and Client and reflects the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data pursuant to the Agreement. Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, capitalized terms in this DPA shall have their respective definition as indicated in the Agreement. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
