This service agreement (the agreement) sets out the terms under which the company appoints a Crown corporation of your company (Company) to provide services on behalf of the client, the type of state entity of a client (the customer). This agreement is effective from the month dd, yyy (Date of entry into force). 1. Services. The Company must provide the client with the type of services provided under this agreement for the purpose of the services (Services) as described in one or more work statements signed by the Company and the Client that refer to this agreement (SOW or Work Statement). The company must execute the services quickly and have the final product or service (Deliverable) ready for the customer by the due date specified in the applicable SOW (Completion Date). This due date is subject to change in accordance with the change order process set out in the applicable SOW. The client must assist the Company by promptly providing all known or available and relevant information
