This TALENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the date that Talent accepts it via electronic signature (the “Effective Date”) between StarChat, Inc. d/b/a Skoozi, having its principal place of business at 3423 Piedmont Rd. NE, Suite 569, Atlanta, GA 30305 (“Skoozi”) and you (“Talent”).
