This agreement for wastewater system assessment services (“Agreement”) is made and entered in this 16th day of July, 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City)” and URS Corporation, dba URS Corporation Americas (“Consultant”).
