Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to buy the attached list of described motor vehicle(s). • It is agreed by and between Seller and Buyer that the following are the conditions under which the above described personal property is sold and purchased, and upon which the Buyer is entitled to possession of said property. •Buyer hereby acknowledges receipt of said personal property and acknowledges that said personalproperty has been inspected and agrees that said property is purchased in an "AS IS" condition. It is further understood and agreed that the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the goods is with the Buyer; should the goods prove defective following their purchase, the Buyer and not the manufacturer or Seller assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
