These Antithesis Proof-of-Concept Terms (these “Termsˮ) together with the Order Form incorporating these Terms by reference and the other documents referred to therein, form the entire agreement (the “Agreementˮ) by and between Antithesis Operations, LLC “Antithesisˮ), with offices ocated at 867 Westwood Center Drive Suite 55, Vienna, Virginia 22182 and the Customer (as set forth in the Order Form), effective as of the Effective Date set forth in the Order Form. Customer and Antithesis may be referred to herein individuay as a “Partyˮ and coectivey as the “Parties.ˮ
