This stipulation, agreement, and order (the “Stipulation and Order”) is entered into by and among EP Energy Corporation (“EP Energy”) and its debtor affiliates, as reorganized debtors in the above-captioned chapter 11 cases (collectively, the “Debtors”, as reorganized, the “Reorganized Debtors”) and Dual B Inc. (“Dual B” together with the Debtors and Reorganized Debtors, the “Parties,” and the Reorganized Debtors and Dual B, each a “Party”), hereby stipulate and agree as follows:
