Holzworth Instruments, Inc. (Holzworth) sells product only under the condition that Buyer fully accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sale stated in this document, unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Holzworth. In the absence of an alternate purchase agreement or contract, the Buyer's acceptance of any goods or services shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
