This Financial Lending Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the COUNTY OF HIDALGO, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“COUNTY”), and PEOPLEFUND, a Community Development Financial Institution (“CDFI”) which operates as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
