This Class Action Settlement Agreement (“Settlement Agreement”) is entered into by and among Plaintiff Tamara Moore (“Plaintiff”), for herself individually and on behalf of the settlement class, and Defendant Lutheran Senior Services (“Defendant”). This Settlement Agreement is intended by the Plaintiff, the Settlement Class (as that term is defined below), and Defendant (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as that term is defined below) upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof, and is subject to the approval of the Court.
