BingeNow, Inc. is the owner of the BingeNow Over the Top (BNOTT) online platform used to create and maintain video streaming services. This Terms of Service Agreement and the terms of which, incorporated herein (collectively, the "Agreement"), sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the BNOTT website (“the Site”). Using the Site as a registered user, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The term "User" refers to a Content Owner or a Content Aggregator.
