St. Johns County Utilities has developed a Large User Agreement for the Delivery and Reuse of Reclaimed Water, which defines specific requirements and conditions for Reclaimed Water Service for the next 10 years. The User has reviewed this agreement and wishes to execute an agreement with the County to retain Reclaimed Water Service. St. Johns County agrees to deliver Reclaimed Water, and Concert Marsh Landing, LLC agrees to receive, accept and beneficially reuse Reclaimed Water upon the lands described in Exhibit “A” found in the Agreement and, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement.
