WCSD and PROGRESSUS made and entered into a certain agreement titled Master Services Agreement for Education and Education Related Services, on July 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”), as amended (“Agreement”) attached hereto as EXHIBIT A; whereas, PROGRESSUS is to provide WCSD with Social Workers and Safe School Professionals (e.g., school social workers, school counselors and mental health professionals) in schools to enable WCSD to retain the current staff in place with relationships with students and families in schools.
