THIS CONTRACT (“Contract”) is entered into on the day of , 2024 between the CITY OF GAINESVILLE, a Florida municipal corporation (“City”), and RSC INSURANCE BROKERAGE, INC, a Delaware corporation registered to do business in Florida doing business as Gehring Group (“Contractor”), taken together shall be known as “Parties.”
