This agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you (“you”) and Maplesoft, a division of WATERLOO MAPLE INC. ("Maplesoft" or “We’”) and governs your use of the Maplesoft software service selected by you and set out in the Order Confirmation (as defined below), including without limitation Maplesoft’s MAA Placement Test Suite Service or Maplesoft’s T.A. Service (including accessing and using its web-based testing assessment systems in accordance with the terms hereof) and any accompanying documentation (collectively, the “Service”) from our hosted facility and/or other systems used by Maplesoft to host the Service (collectively, the "Systems").
