This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Office Depot Inc., 6600 Military Trail, Boca Raton, FL 33495 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated May 23, 2017 executed under City Executive Order No. 90696, and County Contract C-17-0329, dated May 16, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on June 6, 2017, for Office Supplies, City of Tamarac Contract No. 13-23R, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
