THIS INTERLOCAL COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made effective 2019 by and between the SALT LAKE CITY, a municipal corporation of the state of Utah (“Salt Lake”) and MILLCREEK, a municipal corporation of the state of Utah (“Millcreek”). Salt Lake and Millcreek are each referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
