This Debit Card Agreement (“Agreement”) is being entered into by and between BMO Harris Bank, N.A. (“BANK”) and the Merchant identified on the attached Application (which is incorporated herein and constitutes a part of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and which is hereafter referred to as the “Application”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “your” mean the Merchant and the word “we”, “our” and “us” refer to BANK. This Agreement governs the terms applicable to the provisions of certain services with respect to your transactions involving on-line debit cards. All references to the Application in this Agreement mean both the Application attached to this Agreement when it is first executed by you and us and any supplemental versions of the Application mutually agreed upon
