This Student Exchange Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is between The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, acting through its Urbana- Champaign campus in Urbana, Illinois, U.S.A., on behalf of its Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, in its College of Agricultural, Consumer and Environmental Sciences (“ILLINOIS”), and the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, in Vicosa, Brazil (“UFV”). The purpose of this Agreement is to promote and guide the ongoing exchange of students between the institutions.
