THIS SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 8th day of May, 2023 (hereinafter “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “City” and Pueblo Crime Stoppers, Inc., a Colorado nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Subrecipient” or “Crime Stoppers.” City and Subrecipient/Crime Stoppers are sometimes each referred to as a “Party” and collectively “Parties.”
