THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is an agreement between you, as the purchaser (the “Purchaser”) of either the Diablo Module (the “Module”) or the hand-held computer unit (the “Unit”), and as the manufacturer of the Product DiabloSport (“DiabloSport”).
