These Stokker Platform Terms of Use ("Terms" and collectively with our Privacy Policy, the "Agreement") are binding between you ("End User" or "you") and Stokker Inc. ("Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the Stokker proprietary platform, including its mobile application (including all related documentation, the "App"), website www.stokker.io ("Website") and the services described herein or otherwise available at the App or Website ("Services", and collectively with the App and Website, the "Platform"). The Platform is licensed, not sold, to you.
