This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between The School Board of Duval County, Florida, a body politic and corporate (“District”) and the undersigned contractor, VKids Holdings., Inc., a Delaware corporation authorized to transact business in Florida, d/b/a WritingCity (“Contractor”). The District and Contractor may be referred to singularly as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
