This Amendment No. 3 (this “Amendment”) to Contract No. S16161922 (the “Contract” as defined below) is entered into January 24, 2019, by and between the CITY OF PALO ALTO, a California chartered municipal corporation (“CITY”), and ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEMS, INC., a Georgia Corporation, located at 2755 Northwoods Parkway. Norcross, GA 30071 (“CONSULTANT”). CITY and CONSULTANT are referred to herein collectively as the “Parties.”
