The “Agreement” refers to the applicable Service Order, these GTC, the Suport Policy for Accenture HCM Software-As-A-Service, the Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) for Accenture Software for HCM- As-A Service and the Data Privacy Terms for Accenture Software for HCM-As-A-Service. Accenture and Client are also each referred to under the Agreement individually as a “Party,” and together as the “Parties.”
