(“Covered Entity”) and The Horton Group, Inc. by and on behalf of its employees, Sub-Agents, Agency Representatives, or Contract Representatives, as those terms may be used in the underlying Agency Agreement(s) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Agency”). The purpose of this Agreement is to comply with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations (45 C.F.R. Parts 160 to 164) (“HIPAA”).
