These terms and conditions are for the provision of Internet or Cloud based services (the “Service”) and are incorporated by reference into the Quote to create IGD Computer Solutions Pty Ltd trading as 3SIP Services and The Vault Corporation (“The IGD Group”) Internet Services Agreement (the “Agreement”). The Agreement commences on the date it is executed by Customer, which occurs after execution by The IGD Group receiving the accepted order form (“Effective Date”).
