At any point during the contract and either Ms. Hernandez or Ms. Washington are at the point of conflicts between their contracts or one is not happy how things are going, they are allowed to give a 4 week notice before ending the contract between the two. If the two are both satisfied with how the year went with the tutoring of Ms. Hernandez children, and the time to renew and renegotiate the contract it will happen about a month or two before the contract expires. Now if there is conflict going on between Ms, Hernandez and Ms. Washington it should be stated that they try to negotiate and talk about their issues to try and resolve the problems.
