THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made by and among the Devils Lake Municipal Court (“Agency”), the City of Devils Lake (“Agency”), the North Dakota Court System (“Court”), and the North Dakota Criminal Justice Information Sharing Division of the Office of Attorney General (“ND CJIS”), referred to together as the “Parties,” with respect to providing municipal court data from the Court’s Odyssey system for use by the ND SAVIN program to fulfill notification requirements in Article I Section 25 of the North Dakota Constitution (“Marsy’s Law”).
