By submitting a non-refundable deposit, students are agreeing to reside in the residence halls for the entire academic year, and agree to the terms outlined in the Housing Contract. The terms of this contract remain in effect if a student’s status changes to part-time during the course of the year. Students who are removed from either the College or the residence hall as a result of disciplinary or illegal actions remain responsible for charges for the entire academic year. The student’s financial obligation to the school for the residence hall assignment cannot be cancelled for any reason other than a complete withdrawal from the College. Depending on the date of the withdrawal, students may be responsible for a portion of the residential financial obligation or up to the entire amount. The College prioritizes housing preferences in accordance with deposit date, and upon full payment of the semester’s housing charges. Failure to meet a student’s preference does not release the student
