THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA”) is entered into by you (“Customer”) as evidenced by your use of the Services (defined below). “Customer” shall include Customer’s corporate subsidiaries, as well as corporate parents, affiliates, and other related companies (collectively, “Affiliates”) approved by Pivcon to receive Services under this MSA.
