AUTOLIV GLOBAL INDIRECT PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOGISTICS THE PARTIES The Buyer shall be an AUTOLIV entity, its Affiliates or its group companies that issues an Ancillary Agreement (as defined below) to the Seller (“Buyer”) AND The Seller is a Party which agrees and fulfils to the Buyer's Ancillary Agreement. (“Seller”) NOW IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS 1. Definitions 1.1 In this Agreement for Logistics the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings. “Addendum” means the Addendum referenced by Buyer in an Ancillary Agreement. “Affiliates” means with respect to each Party any corporation or other entity which directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by or is under common control with that Party. “Agreement for Logistics” means this Global Indirect Purchase Terms and Conditions for Logistics, dated as of the Effective Date. “Ancillary Agreement” means any and all agreements in writing or electronic form, including but not limited to a Purchase Order, st
