AUTOLIV GLOBAL INDIRECT PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LOGISTICS THE PARTIES The Buyer shall be an AUTOLIV entity, its Affiliates or its group companies that issues an Ancillary Agreement (as defined below) to the Seller (“Buyer”) AND The Seller is a Party which agrees and fulfils to the Buyer's Ancillary Agreement.
