This Settlement Agreement, dated as of the Effective Date, is made and entered into by and among the following Settling Parties (defined below): (i) Plaintiffs Alayna Woods, Jennifer Nelson, on behalf of herself and her minor child, M.B., Jamella Montgomery, Susan Hall, Argiro Tziakas, Christina Kovalsky, and Andrew Blakemore (“Representative Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (defined below), by and through Federman & Sherwood, Mason LLP, and Cafferty Clobes Meriwether & Sprengel LLP (“Class Counsel”), on the one hand; and (ii) Defendant Albany ENT & Allergy Services P.C. (“AENT”), by and through its counsel of record, Greenberg Traurig, LLP (“Defendant’s Counsel”) on the other hand.
