, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between CITY OF UTQIAĠVIK, an Alaska municipal corporation (the “City”) and THE ALASKA WIRELESS NETWORK, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“AWN”). The City and AWN are individually a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties” for the purposes of this Agreement.
