(“UGE”) and applies to UGE branded products (“Product”) and services purchased by you from UGE or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or a UGE authorized reseller (“Reseller”), unless you enter into a separate written agreement with UGE. BY PURCHASING A UGE PRODUCT YOU AGREE THAT THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO YOU.
