Refer to the DISPUTE RESOLUTION/ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER section for opt-out instructions. You must keep this Agreement as You may be required to produce the Agreement to obtain service. Refer to Your sales invoice, receipt or schedule page for the purchase of this Agreement to determine the term of this Agreement, and if there is a Deductible required to obtain service. You must maintain the Covered Product as recommended by the manufacturer's owner’s manual or any product warranty. You acknowledge Your understanding of the Limited Applicability of the Federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act as set out in this Agreement.
