In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Diminishing Musharakah Co-Ownership Agreement (also known as Musharakah Agreement), Ijarah Agreement and Purchase Agreement all dated 24th August 2017 and Assignment (1st Party) dated 03 rd October 2017 entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor and in respect of the Sale And Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Sunway Bangi Sdn Bhd (215920-W) ("the Developer") and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor ("the Proprietor") dated 16th January 2009, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
