THIS FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 202 , by and between the CITY OF LAKE WORTH BEACH, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (“City”), whose address is 7 North Dixie Highway, Lake Worth Beach, Florida 33460, and WASTE MANAGEMENT INC. OF FLORIDA, a Florida corporation (“Contractor”) with its principal place of business at 651 Industrial Way, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426. The City and Contractor are also identified as a “party” or the “parties” in this Contract.
