When ordering DPD’s / RPX’s Services, you, as a “Customer”, are agreeing, on your behalf and on behalf of the recipient of the Shipment (“Recipient” and anyone else with an interest in the Shipment that these General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) shall apply. Customer agrees to be bound by this GTC at the time of account opening and shall apply to all agreements between DPD / RPX and the Customer, Shipper and Recipient regarding the services provided by DPD / RPX.
