AGREEMENT BETWEEN: WS DeGaris Pty Ltd (ACN 007 946 894) trading as DeGaris Lawyers of 19 Penola Road, Mount Gambier in the State of South Australia 5290 AND THE CLIENT as described in Schedule item 1 hereof (“the client”) COSTS AGREEMENT: You agree to engage the Solicitors for the purpose of providing legal services for the fees agreed herein (PLUS any disbursements incurred by the Solicitors in performing the legal services PLUS any GST payable) at the rates set out in the Costs Schedule. The Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are set out herein, and you acknowledge having read and understood all Terms and Conditions. AGREEMENT: We agree to supply professional legal services to you as required by you and you agree to pay DeGaris Lawyers for the services provided in accordance with this Agreement.
