The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract (this "Agreement") between you (“you”, “your” or “user”) and Twisted Engineering, LLC., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies collectively ("Twisted Engineering", "we", "our", "us", etc.) that governs all use by you of any websites, social media sites, pages, e-newsletters, surveys, forums, ratings and reviews, accounts and applications owned, operated or licensed by or on behalf of Twisted Engineering (the "Site"), and the services available on or at the Site (taken together with the use of the Site, the "Services"). Twisted Engineering manufactures, sells, and ships products ("Products") directly to our customers ("Customers").
