This Agreement covers your and our rights and responsibilities con- cerning your Digital Banking services (Online and Mobile Banking) offered to you by New Dimensions Federal Credit Union (“Credit Un- ion”). In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign an application or authorization to use a Digital Banking ser- vice and any authorized users. The words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the Credit Union. By submitting a Digital Banking service enrollment or your acceptance of Digital Banking services, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement and any amendments. You agree that when you use Digital Banking (Online or Mobile), you will remain subject to the terms and condi- tions of all your existing agreements with us including the Member Service Agreement and “Our Electronic Funds Transfer Terms.” Electronic funds transfers (“EFTs”) are electronically initiated trans- fers of money through the Digital Banking services (“Servi
