This Agreement between Ogeechee Technical College and Company hereinafter referred to as “Lessee,” outlines the procedures necessary to use College facilities as outlined on the Request for Facilities Rental form submitted by Lessee and fully executed on Date. This agreement must be signed by all parties and a $XXXX deposit fee paid in advance to complete your facility reservation. Once the agreement and deposit are received, this document serves as a written contract.
