This Agreement is signed pursuant to the AFL VC rules and regulations pertaining to clearances and permits and in particular the clause 2.10 – Area Permits, whereby an interchange of players between the AFL Goldfields Region and Mininera and District Football League may take place without clearance or permits and is subject to any provisions contained within this agreement.
