THIS AGREEMENT is hereby entered into this 1st day of September, 2009 by and between the Board of Education of the Imlay City Community Schools, hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, and the Imlay City Federation of Teachers, AFT-AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”.
