THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 7th day of August, 2017, between (1) the Board of Commissioners of Weld County, hereinafter referred to as “Governing Board”, acting on behalf of the Weld County Department of Human Services, (2) Employment Services of Weld County, hereinafter referred to as ESWC, acting as the One-Stop Operator and the American Job Center, and (3) the Weld County Workforce Development Board, hereinafter referred to as "WCWDB," pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2014, hereinafter referred to as “the Act”.
